Chinese New Year Celebrations

As part of our Chinese New Year celebrations, The Chinese Welfare Association visited Prep on Thursday 26th February to deliver exciting workshops for all Prep classes from Pre-Pre-School to Prep 7.

We also welcomed the year 5 pupils from Our Lady’s Primary School to join in our Chinese New Year Celebrations. The pupils enjoyed trying Chinese Calligraphy, participating in Chinese Dance and Martial Arts and Lantern making workshops.

Thank you to Debi who offered a Chinese themed menu in canteen complete with fortune cookies. Some pupils really got into the spirit of things and tried eating lunch with chop sticks!
